Returns can be requested by emailing: info@thesecretstash.net. Please include your first and last name and order number. If more information is needed we will be in touch. Once the email has been received we will send a return shipping label to the requestee. Payment will be refunded after product (s) have been received by The Secret Stash. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (not the date of original order - by date of delivery) to be refunded back to the original tender. Returns made after 30 days will receive a store credit. Due to the online nature of the store exchanges can not be made unless in person at a pop-up, market or street fair event.
